Orders for individual components—not full Drop-In A/V systems—do not require a quote before ordering. Pricing for parts orders can be found on the Dealer Price List, updated quarterly.

For Drop-In A/V® Solutions

To request a quote for a full Drop-In A/V system, send an email to quotes@tekvox.com.

What to Include

1. Your name and contact information
2. The size & construction of the physical space
3. What kind of system you would like, and how you’d like it to work
4. What sources and displays the system needs to support
5. Whether the system needs to support streaming or video conferencing
6. Where equipment will be located in the room
7. Whether the room’s layout is static or moveable
8. Pictures of the room (if available)

How it Works

Once your request for a quote has been received, our Engineering team will be in touch with any additional questions needed to create a complete solution. Once the design is finished you will receive a project book and quote with all the information on your proposed solution.
